Brice McLaughlin

Brice McLaughlin is our Director of USVI Mortgage Operations. He has dedicated the past 21+ years to originating and closing loans exclusively in the USVI. To date, he has closed over 2,150 loans, all in the Virgin Islands. The mortgage process can seem overwhelming at times, especially in VI. Brice takes the time to ensure the best possible outcome for each individual customer, regardless if it is a starter home for a first time buyer, or a luxury villa, all of Brice's clients get the best possible service throughout the loan process, and often after as well. Prior to his mortgage career, Brice was a Software Engineer and Project Manager for several Fortune 50 companies. He has a BS in Information Technology from The Rochester Institute of Technology.
